Location Settings

Location Settings allow you to customize the way your system recognizes your working week, time zone, and numbering preferences. This can be especially helpful when there are multiple locations in the system.

Updating Business Settings 


Navigate to Settings > My Business Locations.



Changing Business Hours

1. Select a location from the locations list. 

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Select Facilities.

4. Select Hours of Operation. 



5. Use the toggle to select whether you would like your Hours of Operation to follow the system default, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or if you would like to set your own custom hours. 

6. Choose which days you will be operating by checking or unchecking the box next to the desired day.

Note: Days of Operation can be adjusted at any time regardless of if Default or Custom has been selected.

7. If you have set the toggle to Custom, you can adjust the hours by selecting the time box and increasing or decreasing the time using the up and down arrows. Once you have adjusted the hours, select whether you would like AM or PM, and click Done to save your selection.




Changing Numbering Options


To avoid confusion, we recommend using the default numbers which will begin at 1000 and increase in increments of 1 as new Estimates, Orders, and Invoices are recorded. CoreBridge will automatically update these numbers, but you may manually change them at any time. This can be helpful if you would like different numbers for a single item as it moves from an estimate, to an order and finally to an invoice. 


1. Return to the Settings Tab.

2. Select Sales.

3Select Numbering Options.

4. Select the location you would like to update and change all needed Numbering Options by entering in the desired numbering. 

Note: The numbering for Estimates, Orders, and Invoices will automatically be the same. To change this, select Assign a New Order/Invoice Number beneath the order or invoice numbering fields.


Note: If you would like your different locations to use separate numbering, you can select Use unique numbers for each location at the top of the Numbering Options page. We recommend using separate prefixes that can be managed in Settings / My Business / Location Details / Prefixes to differentiate between locations.




Changing Time Zones


1. Return to the Settings tab.

2. Select System.

3. Select Time Zones.

4. Select the time zones you would like to show first in any time zone dropdown throughout the system.

Note: The time zone for the location will be set in Location Details and the time zone the users will see will be dependent on which time zone is selected for their employee in Management / My Business / Employees / Employee Details. The options chosen in your Location settings Favorite Time Zones will only determine which time zones will show first in the dropdowns.
