Welcome to your CoreBridge system. As a new administrator or owner, getting started begins with accessing your account. This article will walk you through the steps to sign in, so you can begin exploring and managing your CoreBridge system with confidence.
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. If you haven’t already, be sure to install one of these browsers on every Mac, PC, or device you plan to use with CoreBridge. Since CoreBridge is a cloud-based system, you can access your account from any web-enabled device - whether it’s a computer, tablet, or smartphone - anytime, anywhere.
Signing Into CoreBridge
1. Click the Setup & Sign-in link found in your email invitation.
Note: This will take you to the unique URL for your system Sign-in screen. We recommend you bookmark this page for easy access.
2. The Business field is your CoreBridge system name.
Note: If your center is a franchise, the Business field may be your franchise number.
3. The Username is your email address.
Note: The Business and Username fields will automatically populate.
4. Enter your Password.
5. Confirm your Password.
6. Click Create and Sign In.
7. Read the End User License Agreement and check the box.
8. Click Accept to continue.
Note: This button will turn green once the checkbox has been marked.

9. Click I'm Ready.
