This integration simplifies managing these items by allowing you to efficiently sync your catalog, keeping your inventory accurate for orders and purchase orders.

How to Integrate With S&S Activewear
To integrate S&S Activewear with your CoreBridge system, navigate to Settings / Integrations / Marketplace.
1. Once you have navigated to the Integration Marketplace, select Suppliers.
Note: S&S Activewear can also be found within the All folder, or by using the search filter.
2. Select S&S Activewear.
3. Select Install.
4. Once installed, select View/Edit Settings to connect your S&S Activewear account to your CoreBridge system.
Note: This will redirect you to Settings / Integrations / Installed Integrations where all integration settings can be managed with S&S Activewear automatically being selected.
5. Select the S&S Activewear Details tab.
6. Choose your country location.
7. Fill in your Customer Number. This number is the same as your Account Number with S&S Activewear.
8. Fill in the API Key.
9. Select Connect.
Note: The Account Number can be found on the S&S Activewear website under My Account. The API Key can also be found on the same page, by clicking on Show next to API Key.
S&S Activewear Details Tab
At any time you can update or make changes to your S&S Activewear account.
1. Select the S&S Activewear Details tab.
a. Edit Credentials - Select this button if you need to update information or make changes.
b. Update All - This will keep your catalog up to date and can update multiple Vendor Catalog Items at one time.
Note: This sync process can vary in the length of time it takes, depending on the amount of data being synchronized.
This function can be run once per day.
c. Use the ellipsis in the upper right corner to Set Inactive or Active.
History
The History tab gives you an overview of the activity on your S&S Activewear account.
Functionality
After integrating S&S Activewear, you will need to add them to your system as a Vendor by navigating to Purchasing / Vendors.
1. Select the Green Plus button.
2. Select the Vendor Details tab and fill in all pertinent information.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk are required in order to save and continue.
3. Select Save and Continue.
Note: After adding S&S Activewear as a Vendor, CoreBridge automatically creates a Default Catalog. This can be found by navigating to Purchasing / Vendor Catalogs.
To add items to your catalog, navigate to Purchasing / Vendor Catalog Items.
