Boards are a visual representation of order, estimate, and item level workflow and can be viewed in various modules, based on the settings you have configured.

Boards Overview
Navigate to Sales / Boards / All My Boards.
Note: Boards can be found in various modules. For this article, the Sales Module will be used.
Each Board within this menu will be displayed with the following information:
a. Name - The name of the Board.
b. Description - The description of the Board.
Note: The Name and Description can be edited in Settings / Boards / Board Setup.
c. Board Type - Which of the 7 board types the Board is: Order, Order Item, Estimate, Estimate Item, Order/Estimate, Order/Estimate Item, or Order Destination.
d. Number of Items - How many items can be found in the Board.
Filtering and Searching Boards
The top left of the Boards menu includes:
a. The Search Bar - This can be used to search for needed Boards using key words or phrases.
b. The Filter Icon - This can be selected to find needed Boards using classifiers and statuses.
To use the Filter Options, select options from the checkboxes. This will display all Boards that fit the criteria.
Once selected, the Filter Options have the following features on the left side:
a. Sort - Once checked, these arrows will reverse if the Boards are sorted A-Z or Z-A. These arrows can also be seen on Board Type.
Note: These arrows will display with or without Filter Options.
b. Pin Icon - This can be used to make the Filter Option a default, meaning it will automatically apply when you open the board menu. Once a Filter Option is Pinned, it won't be affected by the Clear Unpinned button.
c. Clear Unpinned button - Removes any filters that have not been pinned using the Pin Icon.
Once selected, the Filter Options have the following features on the right side:
d. Include Inactive button - Displays all boards that are no longer active. Inactive items, estimates, and orders will display as slanted.
e. Board Type - This list of checkboxes allows you to filter by Order, Order Item, Estimate, Estimate Item, Order/Estimate Item and Order Destination.
f. Clear All button - Removes all filters, including those that are pinned.
Using Boards
Once within a Board, the following information and features will appear.
The Menu on the top right contains three icons:
a. Checkbox Icon - This button allows you to toggle from your current Card View to List View. This will change how the items, estimates, or orders display.
b. Grid Icon - This button allows you to toggle from your current List View to Card View. This will change how the items, estimates, or orders display.
Notes: The individual settings for these views can be configured in Settings / Boards / Board Setup / Card View or List View.
The icon you can see is what your view will switch to if clicked, not what you are currently viewing.
Example: If clicked, the Grid icon will take you from List View to Card View.
c. Maximize - This feature switches the display from regular screen to full screen.
d. Minimize - This feature switches the display from full screen to regular screen.
e. Ellipses - These will open a dropdown menu allowing you to Clone or Favorite this board.
Note: A board marked as a Favorite will only be labeled as such for your account, not every user in the system.
Moving Items, Estimates, and Orders
The Checkbox on the top left can be used to quickly select all items, estimates, or orders in the board and move them to a different column. Once selected, a menu will appear to select the desired column.
Note: All selected items can also be deselected using this box.
Individual items, estimates, and orders can be selected and moved by:
a. Selecting the checkboxes on each Column. This will create a number on the top of the column indicating how many items, estimates, or orders are selected.
b. Selecting the checkboxes on each item/estimate/order.
c. Selecting the Ellipses on the top right of each item/estimate/order.
Note: Items, estimates, and orders can also be dragged and dropped into a new column.
Filtering and Searching Within a Board
The top left of the Board menu includes:
a. The Search Bar - This can be used to search for needed items, estimates, and orders using key words or phrases.
b. The Filter Icon - This can be selected to find needed items, estimates, and orders using classifiers and statuses.
To use the Filter Options, select options from the checkboxes or dropdown menus, depending on the board. This will display all items, estimates, or orders that fit the criteria.
Note: Filter Options can be setup in Settings / Boards / Board Setup / Board Filters.
Once selected, Filter Options have multiple options including:
a. Pin Icon - This can be used to make the Filter Option a default, meaning it will automatically apply when you open the Board. Once a Filter Option is Pinned, it won't be affected by the Clear Unpinned button.
b. Clear Unpinned button - Removes any filters that have not been pinned using the Pin Icon.
c. Clear All button - Removes all filters, including those that have been pinned using the Pin Icon.
Side Panel Details
To view additional details about a board item/estimate/order, click on it and a menu will appear from the right. For more information about what each icon means, visit Board Side Panel Overview.
