Using Sales Goals
Sales Goals are projections or goals your company would like to meet. These can be broken down month by month for separate business locations, or individual salespeople and each of these can be filtered by fiscal year.
Business Sales Goals
Within the Business Tab, you can filter your Sales Goals even further by using the checkbox and dropdown menus.
a. Show Business Totals - If your system has multiple locations, you will see this checkbox as an option. When checked, there will be a chart located on the far left of the screen that includes sales totals for your entire business.
Note: Show Business Totals is limited by user access permissions.
b. Limit to Locations - If your system has multiple locations, you will have the option to use this dropdown to select one or more locations.
c. Fiscal Year Ending - This dropdown allows you to filter your goals based on the fiscal year.
Underneath the Business tab, you will find charts for each of your locations. These charts are broken down by month and divided into three categories.
d. Goal - These are your sale projections for the month. They may be inputted for the current month, or any month in the future.
e. Actual TD - This column represents the amount of sales that have been processed to date. These numbers will automatically be inputted as orders are paid and moved to invoiced status.
f. % of Goal - This column calculates the percentage of your goal you have completed based on current sales to date. This is done automatically when numbers are posted in the other two columns.
Inputting Business Sales Goals
This can be done for the current month, or for any month in the future.
1. Select a field underneath the Goals column that corresponds to the month you would like to enter a goal for.
Note: Fields that are white are available to select.
2. Type in a dollar amount that you would like to set as a goal.
3. Click Save.
Note: After clicking Save, the number in the total field at the bottom of the column will update to reflect the accurate amount.
Note: The Actual TD column will automatically populate with the amount of sales processed for the month as those Orders are paid and moved into invoiced status. The % of Goal column will also automatically calculate and post the number.
Salesperson Sales Goals
Within the Salesperson Tab, you can filter your Sales Goals even further by using the checkbox and dropdown menus.

Note: Show Business Totals is limited by user access permissions.
