My Profile Overview

The My Profile module serves as a central hub for managing your account details and communication preferences. Using the individual sections, you can update your personal information, review time clock entries, set up alerts, communicate through messages, manage key documents, and access your calendar and training resources.

My Profile


This section allows you to manage your personal information and date and time preferences.


Navigate to My Profile / My Profile.



a. My Details - Manage your profile image, review your name, or change your Default Time Zone. Use the dropdown menu to select which Module you would like the system to automatically begin on when you sign in.

Note: If you work in a different time zone than your coworkers, you can change the Default Time Zone to reflect the one you are in.

b. Header Date & Time - Select the date and time format that you would like to see at the top of your screen throughout the system.

Note: This is to suit your own preference and is not reflected in any other part of the system or on reports and documents.

c. Application Date & Time - Choose the format that will be displayed throughout the system including for Order creation dates and due dates.

Note: Shorter formats are generally recommended.

d. Sign-in Details - Your system email is your Username.

Note: Click the link below if you need to change your password.

e. Email From Addresses - This address can be used by one or more employees when sending an email.

Note: Email From Addresses can be managed in Settings / System / Email From Addresses.




Tasks


The Tasks section allows you to set up and manage a to-do list. For more information on Tasks, please see Tasks.


Navigate to My Profile / Tasks.



a. My Tasks / All Tasks - Select whether you would like to view just those Tasks that are assigned to you, or all Tasks.

b. Green Plus button - Quickly add new tasks to the list.

Note: Assigning Tasks to someone other than yourself is permission based.

c. Search bar / Filter - Quickly search through the Task list.

d. More information can be found by clicking into an individual Task.




Time Tracking


This section allows you to review the time entries recorded each time you clock in and out. For more information on Time Tracking, please see Time Tracking.


Navigate to My Profile / Time Tracking.



Clicking into an individual time card entry opens a new page with more information.




Messages & Notifications


This section allows you to send and review your emails and notifications from within the system. For more information on Messages & Notifications, please see Messages and Notifications Overview.


Navigate to My Profile / Messages & Notifications.



a. These tabs change the view between incoming, outgoing, or deleted messages.

b. Use these tabs to choose if you would like to view all Messages and Notifications or only one type of communication.

c. You can add a new communication by clicking the Green Plus button.

d. Clicking into a specific communication will open it in the window on the right to view the full message as well as reply or forward.




Manage Notifications


Notifications are internal alerts to your inbox based on preset criteria. For more information on Notifications, please see Notifications Overview.


Navigate to My Profile / Manage Notifications.



a. Green Plus button - Click to add a new Notification.

b. Click into an individual Notification to make any necessary edits. 

Note: Be sure to click Save to keep your changes.




Files


This section allows you to store important documents like HR Forms, receipts, images, etc. For more information on Files, please see File Management.


Navigate to My Profile / Files.



a. Upload - Clicking here allows you to import your documents.

b. New Folder - Clicking here creates a new folder.

c. Click into an individual folder to see the contents.

d. The ellipsis on the right gives you options to Rename, Move, Download Archive, edit the Properties, or Delete.




Calendars


Calendars are shared within CoreBridge giving you the ability to collaborate and manage time and resources.


Note: Calendars can be managed in Settings / System / Calendars.



Clicking into a Calendar will bring up a detailed view, allowing you to add and edit events.


a. The dropdown allows you to select which Calendar you would like to view.

b. Clicking the Green Plus button allows you to add an event to the calendar.

Note: A pop-up will appear where you can enter the necessary information.

c. Click the left arrow to view earlier dates, or the right arrow to advance to future dates.

d. These tabs change the calendar view from a month, week, or day overview, or to a list of items.




My Training


The My Training section provides valuable resources to help you learn how to use the system effectively. For more information on Training, please see My Training Overview. You can find additional information aligning with your training at supportdesk.corebridge.net.
Note: We recommend completing all trainings relevant to your role as you get started to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.


Navigate to My Profile / My Training.

Note: Onboarding is a similar training page for owners and administrators as they are setting up the business. This option will only appear in those systems where the user has permission to access it.



a. Filter Lessons By - This dropdown allows you to filter through the lesson based on your role.

b. Lesson Name - This is the topic of the lesson.

c. Estimated Time - This is an approximation of how long this training will take.

d. Guide - Clicking here will open up the guide on this topic. Simply follow the prompts on each pop-up.

e. Article - Clicking here will open up the corresponding article in a new tab.

f. Completed - As you complete each topic you can check the completed box to track your progress.




Sign Out


This is a one click function that will log you out of the system.
