Support Expectations for Accounting Integrations

CoreBridge is pleased to offer several accounting integrations to make your bookkeeping more accurate and efficient. We are committed to ensuring these integrations work seamlessly for your business by providing technical support during the integration process. Due to the financial aspect of these third-party programs, there are limitations to the support we can provide. The information below provides an outline of the support our team is able to offer in relation to these integrations. These guidelines are applicable to all CoreBridge accounts, regardless of subscription package.

Note: Our support team is not licensed to provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. For questions related to financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, or any other financial concern, please consult a financial professional directly.

Integration Setup and Configuration

We are happy to provide assistance with the initial setup and sync between CoreBridge and any integrated accounting software option. We will provide detailed instructions and are available to walk you through each step. Additionally, we are able to provide beginning balances if you are syncing WIP, Built, and Orders that are not yet complete.

Note: While our support team is able to guide you through the setup process, you will need to log in to your integrated software account directly, both during initial setup and any time ongoing access is needed. For security and privacy reasons, our team cannot access third-party systems on your behalf.

Data Sync Issues

Occasionally, errors may occur where the data does not sync to the accounting software as expected. In these instances, CoreBridge support is available to trouble shoot the failed data syncs to discover the root cause of the error.

We are also able to review integration logs to identify and explain any errors that may occur during the sync process. Our team will help you understand what caused the issue and guide you on how to resolve it, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.

Supported Data Transfers

In order for accounting software to be effective, it must be syncing properly. CoreBridge will provide the necessary support to ensure that invoices, payments, and other supported financial data are all syncing correctly.

We offer thorough verification to ensure that your accounts, customers, and products are accurately mapped within CoreBridge. This helps maintain consistency between systems, reduces the risk of errors in financial reporting, and ensures your data flows correctly for a smoother accounting experience.

Our support team will address any sync errors that originate within CoreBridge and affect the connection to your accounting software. This includes issues such as failed data transfers due to formatting inconsistencies, duplicate entries caused by integration conflicts, or unexpected mapping errors. By focusing on errors generated within the CoreBridge environment, we can help ensure your data syncs smoothly and accurately.

Best Practices for Data Syncing

Certain parameters should be set for optimal functionality with your accounting software. CoreBridge support will provide assistance in understanding and setting your integration with the optimal syncing frequency.

Our knowledgeable team is available to explain the required data formatting for successful integration, ensuring your information is structured correctly before syncing.

We are also happy to explain any known limitations within the integration.
