There are two categories of credit card transactions in CoreBridge, Integrated and Non-Integrated. The properties of each category apply to both payments and refunds. Corebridge supports the processing of Credit Cards through multiple Integrations such as Fiserv US (formerly Clover Connect), Fiserv AUS, Stripe, and Nexio.

Non-Integrated Credit Card Transactions
This option is used to track and record credit card transactions that are processed outside of CoreBridge. This option will not process a payment into your merchant account.
Integrated Credit Card Transactions
This option will process transactions through your Integrated Merchant Services Provider account. Once you have integrated and installed a Merchant Services Provider, you will be able to accept payments or process refunds anywhere you have access to the internet. Your customers will also have the ability to pay directly through their Customer Portal. For more information on Payments in the Customer Portal, please see Entering Payments in the Customer Portal.
Enrolling With an Integrated Merchant Services Provider
For more information on how to Integrate with one of the Merchant Services Providers, please see:
Fiserv US (Formerly Clover Connect) - A CoreBridge Integrated Merchant Services Provider
Fiserv AUS - A CoreBridge Integrated Merchant Services Provider
Stripe - A CoreBridge Integrated Merchant Services Provider
Nexio - A CoreBridge Integrated Merchant Services Provider
Note: CoreBridge is not able to process over-payments when using the Integrated credit card option. If you are receiving an overpayment from your customer and need to use the Integrated credit card option as a form of payment, you will need to apply the full amount to an invoice first. You can then process a refund to an in-store credit after the Integrated credit card payment has batched.
Note: If you mistakenly enter a payment as Non-Integrated instead of Integrated you can refund the original transaction to the Non-Integrated credit card and re-enter the payment using the Integrated credit card option. This also applies in reverse if you run a payment as an Integrated card instead of using the Non-Integrated payment method.
