LoyaltyLoop

LoyaltyLoop is an integration that focuses on customer feedback collection in a timely manner that is easy and convenient for you. Once this integration is enabled, customer contact information from closed transactions are sent to your LoyaltyLoop account daily. This eliminates the need for manual exports or uploads. Feedback requests are sent in a timely manner, meaning that you are engaging your customers shortly after their transaction for improved response rates and better feedback quality.

Benefits of Integrating with LoyaltyLoop

  • Automated Customer Engagement: Feedback requests are sent to customers shortly after their transaction, increasing the likelihood of response.
  • Flexible and Customizable Survey Timing: Surveys can be launched daily or weekly, with a standard delay of three days before sending a survey to ensure customers have completed their transaction with you and received their product. The survey launch frequency can be adjusted by contacting LoyaltyLoop support.
  • Data Synchronization: The integration transfers essential customer details, including contact information, invoice details, and transaction data.
  • Streamlined Customer Feedback Process: This integration saves valuable time on manual reporting and will enhance the quality of your customer insights.



How to Install and Set Up LoyaltyLoop Integration


To integrate LoyaltyLoop with your CoreBridge system, navigate to Settings / Integrations / Marketplace.



1. Once you have navigated to the Integration Marketplace, select Customer Engagement.

Note: LoyaltyLoop can also be found within the All folder, or by using the Search marketplace bar.

2. Select either Learn More under LoyaltyLoop or click on the LoyaltyLoop bar.



3. Click Install.



4. Once installed, click View/Edit Settings to access your configuration options.

Note: If installation has been successful, you will see a green Installed icon as well as the date of installation. You can also check under Settings / Integrations / Installed Integrations to confirm installation at any time.



5. Click the Generate Tokens for LoyaltyLoop button.



6. Once the tokens have been generated, click Done to close the modal.




Integration Configuration Details


After this process has been completed, the integration configuration page will display additional information.


a. Integration Information - More information is available by hovering over the Integration Information text line. This includes the Price, Categories, Version, Author, Installation Date, Support Email link, and Installation Status.

b. API Tokens - The tokens for both Subscription and Authentication are displayed here.

c. Copy Link - Each token has their own Copy button for easy retrieval.

d. Token Pair Expiration - These tokens have no expiration date and remain valid unless overridden by a new pair.

e. Generate New Token Pair - If LoyaltyLoop requires a new set of tokens, you can generate a new pair using the Generate New Token Pair link.

Note: When this link is clicked, a warning message will appear alerting you that generating new Tokens will invalidate the existing Tokens. You will then need to select either Cancel or Generate New Tokens.

f. LoyaltyLoop Support Website - This button provides a direct link to the LoyaltyLoop Support Website for additional integration guidance.
