Tags are colored labels that can be assigned to Line Items to visually monitor progress. Using these color coded labels can help you and your employees quickly recognize progress updates for an Order or Estimate.
Setting Up Tags
To begin, navigate to Settings / Workflow / Tag Setup.
1. Click the Green Plus icon.
2. Enter the Name.
3. Select a color using the dropdown menu.
4. Click the Green Check Box to save.
Note: The newly created Tag can now be used for Line Items in Orders and Estimates. For more information, please see Using Tags.
