Scheduling your GoLive is a key step in transitioning from system setup to active business operations. As part of this process, you will need to complete the GoLive Form. This step ensures your CoreBridge system is fully prepared to support your business and that your team is ready for a smooth and successful transition.

You may also access this form from the Onboarding page.
Navigate to My Profile / Training Resources / Onboarding.
1. Click on the link to open the form.
a. Fill out your contact and business information.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
b. CoreBridge offers a fee-based import service to import your customer data from your old system.
c. Select what, if any, information you would like removed from your system after GoLive.
d. Choose the date you would like to GoLive.
Note: Make sure to schedule enough time to complete all necessary tasks, such as Import.
e. Include any notes you would like our team to be aware of before GoLive.
2. Click Submit.
Note: You will receive confirmation on the morning of your GoLive date when your system will be ready for use.
