Reports are powerful tools to gather important data about your business. They can be used to summarize and display specific information, allowing you to analyze facts quickly and efficiently. The Reports available in your system are based on preset Report Templates.

Available Reports
Reports in your system are all based on pre-created Templates that are organized by Report types.
Financial
a. Financial Overview - Summary of selected Financial Values, such as WIP, Built, Invoiced, etc. over a specified period.
b. Sales Monitor - Summary of the Monthly Order Throughput of the Business as of the specified date.
Sales
a. Current Estimates - Summary of all current Estimates.
b. Estimate Status by Approved Date - Summary of Estimates based on Approved Date.
c. Estimate Status by Created Date - Summary of Estimates based on Created Date and grouped by current status.
d. Estimate Status by Lost Date - Summary of Estimates based on Lost Date.
e. Estimate Status by Voided Date - Summary of Estimates based on Voided Date.
f. Orders Built - Summary of Transactional Order Data based on Built Date and grouped by current Order Status.
g. Orders Closed - Summary of Transactional Order Data based on Closed Date.
h. Orders Invoiced - Summary of Transactional Order Data based on Invoiced Date and grouped current Order Status.

d. Material Purchases by Due Date - Summary of Order Materials to be purchased based on Order Due Date and grouped by Material Name.
e. Material Purchases by Due Date with Variants - Summary of Order Materials using Variants to be purchased based on Order Due Date and grouped by Material Name.
f. PO Status by Created Date - Summary of Purchase Orders based on Created Date and grouped by current status.

Adding a Report
To add a Report, navigate to Settings / Reports & Documents / Reports.
1. Click on the Green Plus button.
2. Choose either Report Templates or Existing Report.
3. Select the name of the Report you would like to add.
4. Click the Select button.
This will bring up a Details page with pertinent information. All Reports are based off of preset Report Templates so this information will automatically populate. It can be edited now, or anytime after you save.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
5. Fill in the necessary Report Details.
a. Name - The Name is required and will appear on the Report.
b. Description- A Description will be automatically filled in here based on the Report selected. This information can be modified.
6. Use the dropdown menus to select the Report Type and Report Template. Your choices will determine what information and presets will be generated in the Report.
a. Report Type - The Type selected will affect which Templates are available.
b. Report Template - This is the building block of your Report.
7. Use the dropdown menu to select which Module or Modules this Report will be displayed in. You can also select which subsections of the Reporting Module will display this Report.
Note: Additional Report Menu Groups can be created at any time in Settings / Reports & Documents / Report Menu Groups.
8. Choose who can view the Report.
a. Choose between letting everyone view the Report or limiting to certain Roles.
b. Use the dropdown menu to select which Role or Roles will be able to view the Report.
Note: This dropdown is only visible when the Only Certain Roles option has been selected.
9. Click Save and Continue.
Using Reports
Begin by navigating to Reporting / All Reports and selecting the appropriate Report.
Note: The Report will open in a new tab with several options.
a. Options - Specific Options will vary depending on the Report selected.
Note: Changes made here will immediately reflect on the preview to the right.
b. Filters - Specific Filters will vary depending on the Report selected.

c. Expanding Arrow - Click here to expand or collapse the Filters bar.
d. Refresh - Click here to quickly reload your screen.
e. Options - Clicking this will either expand or hide the Options bar on the left of the preview.
f. Filters - Click here to expand or collapse the Filters bar.
g. Print - Click here to print this Report.
h. Email - Click here to email this Report.
i. Download - Click here to download this Report.
j. Close - You may close this tab by clicking here.
