Multi Quantity Estimates

Multi Quantity Estimates allow you to present your Customers with clear pricing options based on different Order quantities. This feature makes it easy to show how the total price changes as Quantities increase or decrease, giving Customers flexibility and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. There are several ways to create a Multi Quantity Estimate in CoreBridge, and once completed, your Customer can review all available options directly on their Estimate.

Best Practice

When creating Multi Quantity Estimates, keep in mind that calculations are based on standard pricing. If a Price or Machine runtime has been manually overridden, the system cannot automatically adjust those values across different Quantities. As a result, the multi-quantity options may not display accurate Pricing for those items. To ensure the feature works as intended, it’s best to avoid overrides when you want Customers to see correct Pricing across multiple Quantities.

Example:

Suppose you’re creating an Estimate that includes 100 brochures. If you use standard pricing, the Multi Quantity feature can automatically show your customer how the price would change for 250, 500, or 1,000 brochures.

However, if you manually change the price of the brochures or override the machine time used to produce them, the system can no longer recalculate those values. In that case, the Multi Quantity feature won’t be able to give your customer accurate pricing for the other quantities.

Note: If a Multi Quantity Estimate appears to be calculating incorrectly, an important troubleshooting step is to check if any manual overrides have been applied to the Item.
