Sales Goals are projections or goals your company would like to meet. These can be broken down month by month for separate business locations, or individual salespeople and each of these can be filtered by fiscal year.

Understanding Sales Goals
On the Sales Goals screen you can view and filter goals using the available options (such as checkboxes and dropdowns). Filtering and layout may include:
a. Show Business Totals - If your system has multiple locations, you will see this checkbox as an option. When checked, there will be a chart located on the far left of the screen that includes sales totals for your entire business.
Note: Show Business Totals is limited by user access permissions.
b. Business or location totals – If your system has multiple locations, you may see an option to show totals for the entire business or to limit the view to one or more selected locations.
c. Fiscal year – A fiscal year filter (or similar) lets you restrict the goals displayed to a specific fiscal year.
Goals are typically shown in a month-by-month layout. Depending on your configuration, you may see views or tabs for:
d. Goal – The sales projection or target amount you set for each month.
e. Actual to date – The amount of sales processed so far for that period. In EVO, this value is usually updated automatically as orders are paid and moved to invoiced status.
f. % of goal – The percentage of the goal achieved based on actual sales to date. This is typically calculated automatically from the goal and actual values.
Note: The exact filters, tabs, and column names may differ from other CoreBridge products; use the options available in your EVO Sales Goals screen.
Inputting Sales Goals
You can enter or edit sales goals for the current month or for future months. The process is the same whether you are setting goals by location or by salesperson (if that option exists in your deployment).
1. Select the goal field that corresponds to the month (and, if applicable, the location or salesperson) for which you want to set a goal. Fields that are editable are usually indicated by the way they appear (for example, white or clearly selectable).
2. Enter the dollar amount you want to set as the goal for that period.
3. Click Save (or the equivalent save or confirm control in EVO) to store the goal.
Note: After saving, any total or summary field at the bottom of the column (or on the screen) will update to reflect the new goal. The actual-to-date and percent-of-goal columns are typically updated automatically as orders are invoiced; you do not need to enter those values manually.
