Work Order Document Defaults set the starting paper, language, layout, and text for every Work Order. They are configured on Work Order Settings in Document Settings, where Include and Editable on Document control what appears and what can be changed while the document is prepared. These defaults apply when a Work Order is prepared for email, the online portal, or print and download.
