Use Messages & Notifications in Evo to review inbox items, switch between folders and channels, and search your communications. This article explains the filters available in Evo and how they differ from Legacy / V3.

Opening Messages and Notifications
1. Click the Notifications (bell) icon in the header, then select View All Messages & Notifications.
Note: You can also open the page from your profile area when Messages & Notifications is available.
Folders and Channels
On the left side of the page:
1. Under Folders, select Inbox, Sent, or Deleted.
2. Under Channels, select All, Messages, or Notifications to narrow the list by communication type.
Search
1. Use the Search field on the Messages & Notifications page to locate a specific item by keywords.
Mark as Read or Unread
1. Select one or more items in the list.
2. Use the available actions to mark items as read or unread, or delete them as needed.
Hide Read Messages
Evo does not currently include a Hide Read Messages filter like Legacy / V3. In Evo, use Folders, Channels, and Search to focus the list, and mark items as read or unread as needed.
Note: In Legacy / V3, Messages & Notifications includes a Hide Read Messages filter option that can hide items you have already read.
