The Reports Module includes several categories that give you focused insight into different parts of your business. These categories - Customer Reports, Financial Reports, Production Reports, and Sales Reports - help you analyze activity, review performance, and understand trends across your workflow.

Customer Reports
a. Company Directory - Company directory with billing contact name, phone, and email for each company. Includes the company's default salesperson and account number.
b. Customer Balance Active Orders - Active customer orders with payment progress and remaining balances. Covers Pre-WIP through Invoiced stages, showing only orders with outstanding balances.
c. Leads Summary - Companies with Lead status, showing industry, salesperson, and contact information.
d. New Companies Summary - Flat list of all companies sorted by creation date, with status, industry, salesperson, and contact information.
e. Prospects Summary - Companies with Prospect status, showing industry, salesperson, and contact information.
Financial Reports
a. Accounts Receivable by Customer - Outstanding accounts receivable grouped by customer with aging bucket breakdown. Shows current and past-due balances across aging periods (Current, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, Over 90 days).
b. Accounts Receivable by Salesperson - Outstanding accounts receivable grouped by salesperson with aging bucket breakdown. Shows current and past-due balances across aging periods (Current, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, Over 90 days).
c. General Ledger Summary - Provides a view of general ledger activity for a selected financial period, displaying balances across key accounts such as receivables, deposits, income, and expenses.
d. Payments by Customer - Payment activity grouped by customer, showing transaction types, amounts, and linked orders.
e. Payments Summary - Flat listing of all payments with location-prefixed payment IDs, customer, transaction type, and linked orders.
f. Reconciliation Summary - Provides a comprehensive overview of the financial activity for a selected rconciliation, including summarizes total income, payments, receivables, and profit or loss balances, helping to ensure that account records align accurately.
g. Revenue by Company Industry - Invoiced orders grouped by company industry with revenue, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Shows individual revenue and cost entries per industry for invoiced and closed orders.
h. Revenue by Order Origination - Invoiced orders grouped by order origination with revenue, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Shows individual revenue and cost entries per order origination source for invoiced and closed orders.
Production Reports
a. WIP Rush Items - Line items flagged as rush on orders currently in production. Includes orders in Pre-WIP, WIP, Built, and Invoicing status.
b. WIP Vended Items - Line items flagged as vended on orders currently in production. Includes orders in Pre-WIP, WIP, Built, and Invoicing status.
c. WIP by Line Item - Order line items currently in production. Includes Pre-WIP, WIP, Built, and Invoicing statuses.
d. WIP by Order - Orders currently in production. Includes Pre-WIP, WIP, Built, and Invoicing statuses.
Sales Reports
a. Estimate Conversions Detail - Estimates that were approved and converted to orders. View converted estimate values, customer details, salesperson performance, and conversion dates.
b. Estimates by Customer - Current estimates grouped by customer with value, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Current Estimates include: Pending and Awaiting Approval.
c. Estimates by Salesperson - Estimates grouped by salesperson with estimate value, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns.
d. Sales by Customer Open Orders - Open orders grouped by customer with sales, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Open Orders include: Pre-WIP, WIP, Built, and Invoicing.
e. Sales by Customer Invoiced Orders - Invoiced orders grouped by customer with revenue, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Shows individual revenue and cost entries per customer for invoiced and closed orders.

g. Sales by Salesperson Invoiced Orders - Invoiced orders grouped by salesperson with revenue, cost, and profit analysis. Includes a KPI dashboard and visual breakdowns. Shows individual revenue and cost entries per salesperson for invoiced and closed orders.
h. Voided Orders Detail - All orders that have been voided, including order details, customer and salesperson context, void date, void reason, and financial values at the time of voiding.
