If your user account has been granted access to more than one franchise system — for example, two separate store locations such as Brisbane South and Adelaide — CoreBridge displays a persistent banner at the top of every page so you always know which system you are currently working in. This feature is designed for franchisor users and multi-location operators who manage or need access to more than one independent business location within CoreBridge.
Unlike CoreBridge Classic, where the system number was visible in the browser URL, CoreBridge EVO uses a shared domain for all franchise locations. The system banner is the primary way to identify which franchise account is currently active.
Who This Feature Applies To
The franchise system banner and switcher are available to users who have been provisioned with access to two or more separate franchise systems (businesses) within CoreBridge. This includes:
- Franchise administrators managing multiple franchisee locations
- Franchisor staff with elevated access across multiple stores
- Support or onboarding users assigned to multiple systems
Users with access to only a single system will not see the banner or switcher. Their login and navigation experience remains unchanged.
The Current System Banner
Once your account is linked to multiple systems, a banner appears at the top of every page in CoreBridge. The banner is always visible regardless of which module or screen you are on. It displays the following information:
- System Name (DBA) — The trade name of the franchise location currently active in your session. This is the primary indicator of which system's data you are viewing and editing.
- Timezone — The timezone configured for that location. Because each franchise location may operate in a different timezone, this helps you interpret timestamps, order dates, and scheduled events correctly.
- Sign Out — A sign-out button is located on the right side of the banner, allowing you to log out from any screen without navigating away.
The banner updates automatically whenever you switch to a different system, so it always reflects your current context.
Note: All data you create, view, or edit while a system is active in the banner belongs to that system. Orders, customers, settings, and reports are all scoped to the currently active franchise location.
Switching Between Franchise Systems
You can switch to a different accessible franchise system at any time without logging out. To do so:
- Locate your user name or profile icon in the top navigation bar.
- Click on it to open the account dropdown menu.
- The dropdown will display a list of all franchise systems your account has been granted access to.
- Click the name of the system you want to switch to.
- CoreBridge will reload and set that system as the active context. The banner at the top of the page will update to show the new system name and timezone.
After switching, all actions — creating orders, viewing reports, updating settings — will apply to the newly selected system until you switch again or log out.
Note: Switching systems does not log you out. Your login session remains active, and you can switch back at any time using the same steps.
Logging In With Multi-System Access
When you first log in to CoreBridge and your account has access to multiple systems, you may be prompted to select which system to enter, or CoreBridge may automatically open the last system you used. Once inside, the banner confirms which system is active.
If you are not taken to the expected system on login:
- Use the account dropdown (your user name in the top navigation) to switch to the correct system.
- Alternatively, log out and log back in — on the login screen, you may have the option to select your starting system if it is presented.
Data Isolation Between Systems
Each franchise system in CoreBridge is independent. This means:
- Customers, orders, estimates, and invoices are separate per system — data from one location is not visible in another.
- Settings and configurations (pricing templates, materials, workflow settings, etc.) are maintained independently for each system.
- Reports only reflect data from the currently active system shown in the banner.
- User accounts may exist in multiple systems, but each system's user list and permissions are managed independently.
When working across multiple systems, always confirm the banner shows the correct system before entering data or pulling reports.
If You Do Not See the System Banner or Switcher
The banner and switcher only appear when your user account has been actively linked to more than one franchise system. If you do not see them:
- Confirm your access has been provisioned. Contact your onboarding specialist or CoreBridge Support to verify that your account has been linked to all intended systems.
- Try logging out and logging back in. Newly provisioned system access may not appear until your session is refreshed.
- Check that you are using the correct login credentials. Each system may have been set up with a separate login. If so, you will need to log in to each system individually using the credentials specific to that system, rather than using the switcher.
- Contact CoreBridge Support if the switcher is still not visible after your access has been confirmed as active on both systems.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know which system I am in?
The system name (DBA) is always displayed in the banner at the top of the page. If you do not see a banner, your account is currently set to a single system.
Q: Can I have two systems open at the same time?
Yes. You can open CoreBridge in separate browser tabs. Each tab operates independently, so you can be in different systems in different tabs simultaneously. Be aware that each tab will show its own banner indicating which system is active in that tab.
Q: Does switching systems affect my current work?
Switching systems reloads the page. Any unsaved work in the current system should be saved before switching.
Q: Will both systems share the same URL?
Yes. CoreBridge EVO uses a shared domain (evo.corebridge.net) for all franchise systems. The system banner — not the URL — is the identifier for which account is active.
Q: My system switcher shows systems I don't recognize. What should I do?
Contact CoreBridge Support to review which systems are associated with your account. An administrator may have provisioned access to additional systems that are no longer needed.
