Creating Email Domains

Adding Email Domains into CoreBridge is the first step to setting up all of the emails to be used within the system.



Adding Email Domains

 

To add an email domain into the system navigate to Settings / System / Email Domains. The Email Domains page can be accessed from Settings in the left navigation, then expand the System section and select Email Domains.

 

1. Select the + Email Domain button to open the Add Email Domain modal.

2. In the Domain Details section, add the domain using the "website.com" format.

Example: gmail.com.

3. Select the correct provider from the Email Provider dropdown.

Example: Google Gmail.

Note: Google and Microsoft integrations must be connected in order to appear as selectable options from the provider dropdown.

4. If you have multiple locations, select the Permissions tab and choose the correct location(s).

Note: If you do not have multiple locations, the Permissions section may not be visible or applicable. To add additional locations to your system, please contact sales@corebridge.net

5. Click Save. You now have an email domain ready for use in situations such as your Email From Address.
