CoreBridge provides a comprehensive history of all changes made to all Orders and Estimates. This includes what the changes were, who made the changes, as well as when the changes took place.
Note: This article will use Order History for all examples, but Estimate History functions in the same manner.

Viewing the History Tab
To view the Order History, navigate to Sales / Orders.
1. Select an Order.
2. Select the History tab.
Note: Order History is sectioned into two categories: Order Edits, which are basic changes to the order, and GL Entries, which are financial changes.
Order Edits Overview
Order changes are listed in chronological order, with the most recent changes shown at the top.
a. Date/Time - Time stamp of when the change to the Order occurred.
b. User - Who affected the changes on the Order.
c. Changes - Activity on the Order.
Note: Clicking either the User icon or the Changes icon will expand or collapse the list of Changes.
d. Deleted Items will display in red.
e. Added Items display in green.
Note: When an Order is first created, the history will display multiple entries at once. These initial entries will all appear in green.
f. Edited Items display in blue.
GL Entries
The GL Entries subtab shows all of the financial changes to the Order with the most recent at the top.
a. Date/Time the change was made.
b. The Action taken.
c. Short Description of the Action.
d. The User who affected the change.
e. Select an entry to view a pop-up displaying its full details. See example below.

g. You can either click Done or Close to exit the pop-up.
