Linking a company to a contact can be done within Freshdesk to ensure clients are organized. This can help if you ever need to find a contact or company again.
Linking a Contact to a Company
To link a company and a contact navigate to the Tickets menu and select any ticket.
Note: This process can also be done by searching for the contact within the Contacts menu.
1. Select the ticket's Contact.
2. Select Edit.
3. Enter in the Company.
4. Select Save.
