Distinguishing the owner of a company can help when identifying who will need to be contacted for certain permissions and confirmations. This can be done within the system as well, but this training will focus on identifying the owner from within Freshdesk.
Identify the Owner
Navigate to the Tickets menu and select a ticket.
1. Use the menu on the right to select the Company Name. This will open the Freshdesk company profile.
2. Locate the Contacts tab and find the contact with an Owner label.
