Cancelling a v3 System

A system may need to be cancelled for various reasons 


Here are the steps to follow to inactivate / revoke access to a user:

Phase 1

  1.  Navigate to the Management Module > My Business >  Employees
  2. Select each employee, and on the Access Details tab > Sign-In, click "Revoke Access".
  3. Repeat for all users.  

There can be users that haven't been given access, so the Revoke Access button will not appear.



Phase 2

  1. Navigate to Support > Business > This Business
  2. On the License tab, update all the User Seats to 0 (zero) for all user types.
