Often when reviewing tickets, you can find similar tickets with related questions. By finding these similar tickets, you can find additional insights about how to resolve the customer's concern.
To begin, navigate to the Tickets menu.
Finding Related Tickets (General)
To find all desired tickets:
1. Navigate to the Search bar at the top right. Enter the topic or key word you are looking for.
2. Select View All from within the Tickets menu.
3. Select the Filter icon.
4. Use the filter fields as needed. Add v3 Support in the Groups section.
5. Select Apply. This will find and display all the tickets you are searching for.
6. Select a ticket to view it's information.
Finding Related Tickets (Trackers)
Similar tickets can also be found using trackers. Trackers follow bugs and feature requests that have already been reported to development. To find all desired tickets through trackers:
1. Select the Search for a View icon.
2. Select Beta/V3 Bug Tracker to find bug related trackers, or Beta/V3 FR Tracker to find all feature request related trackers.
3.Select Show Filters.
4. Use the filter fields as needed.
5. Select Apply. This will find and display all the desired trackers.
6. Select a tracker to view all updates and information about it.
Finding Trackers in the Menu
Trackers can also be found within the regular tickets menu.
1. Select the Filters icon.
2. Change the filters status to Tracking.
3. Select Apply.
