Customer Import Process

**Development needs at least 2 weeks in advance to import a list of customers from a spreadsheet.

**If the customer needs additional contacts to be imported, Development needs at least 3 weeks in advance. 


Template: Customer Import Template

1.) The customer must complete Stage 1 Training in order to proceed with a Customer List Import. They should have at least entered in one New Company and reviewed Company Setup options. 

2.) Email the “Customer List Import Template” to your customer and ask them to fill it out. Once complete, have them email this list back to you. 

3.) Review the spreadsheet to ensure rules were followed especially for the “Required Fields”

4.) If rules are not followed, please email letting the customer know which columns need to be updated. 

5.) Once you feel like the spreadsheet is in good condition to import, please email them the spreadsheet back with ROW 2 and 3 removed along with this link: Customer Import Questionnarie
