Search for Solution Articles

Solution articles can quickly be sent to customers from within the support portal. This can save you time and provide a pre-created and professional solution for the customer in need. 


Note: support.corebridge.net and supportdesk.corebridge.net are two different sites. For V3 purposes, you will always want to remain on supportdesk.corebridge.net to find all needed solution articles. 


Navigate to the Solutions module to view all solution articles. 




Searching for a Solution Article


1. Select the CoreBridge V3 Portal. 

2. Select the Search articles bar. Enter in the desired article content.
Note: This can be article titles or key words. 

3. Select the needed article to find additional information for your use and to send to customers. 


4. Use the Copy button at the top right of the article or copy and paste the article's URL to send it to a customer.  

Note: Using this method will not automatically display the URL link as the name of the article. To ensure that it looks professional when sending it to the customer, use the Insert Link button or CTRL+K to insert the link with a separate display name, preferably the title of the article. 




Solution Articles From Within a Ticket 


Articles can save you time and give step-by-step help for customers. 

To use articles within a ticket: 

1. Select Reply, Add Note or Forward. 

2. Select the Suggested Solutions icon. 

3. Use the search bar to find articles using key words and phrases. 

4. Select the article to read the article and ensure it is the desired information. 

5. Select the Plus icon to insert the text directly into your reply or select the Link icon to attach the link to your response.

Note: Using this method will automatically insert the link as the name of the article. 

6. Select Send.
