The Questions Channel is used for all CoreBridge V3 related questions that cannot be answered by your team. Searching through questions that have already been asked can help to answer your own questions as well.
Searching the Questions Channel
To search for a specific item within Teams navigate to the Teams tab on the left-hand side.
1. Select Support Questions found in CoreBridge V3.
2. Select Find in Channel found in the Options section on the right hand side. Use the search bar to find the needed information.
Note: You may also hit CTRL+F on your keyboard to search for key words and phrases.
Asking Questions in Teams
To ask a question within Teams navigate to the Teams tab on the left-hand side.
1. Select Support Questions. You may navigate to other channels, but this is the one you will be using most frequently to find additional information.
2. Click Start a Post.
3. Input a clear subject line for your question.
4. Ask the question in a clear manner. Include screenshots or URLS as needed.
5. Select Post.
