1. Once a company has been created, you can complete the Company Setup and review features that now appear on the company page.
Note: If you're not on the company page you just created, go to Sales/Customer/Companies and select the new company from the list.
2. A snapshot of the company's basic info will appear at the top left of its page.

A. Primary Address and Phone Number
B. Default Location – If a customer has multiple locations, this is the location selected as the default on the company details page. If a customer has only one location, this will be the default automatically.
Note: If you would like to add another location, contact supportdesk@corebridge.net to discuss upgrade options.
C. Payment Terms – This shows you if a company’s payment terms have been set up as cash, payment upon completion, following 20th, or net 7, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, etc.
D. Pricing Tier – This shows you what discount tier if any, a company is in.
Note: Pricing Tiers are set up in Settings/Sales/Pricing Tiers.
E. Salesperson – This is the salesperson assigned to this company.
F. Primary Contact – This is the contact you entered when setting up this company but this can be changed below.
G. Billing Contact – This is the person you send your invoices to. It can also be the main contact.
3. On the top right of the company page you'll see quick links to the company's current balance, the number of estimates and orders in process, and additional options.

4. You can now review various details related to this company under each tab below.
5. The company's Account Number will now appear under Company Details if you selected that option under Settings/Sales/Company Options.
Note: You can also select an option to allow users to change the account number from the company page.
6. Under Accounting Details, you can now select the company's Credit Limit Options if this is not a cash customer.
7. Connectors will help you keep track of this company’s contact info beyond their primary Email and Phone Number.
Note: You can also add links to their Social Media Sites and other useful information like their home page or FTP sites.
