Setting Up Email Domains

To set up your company’s Email Domain using SMTP, go to Settings/System/Email Domains.


1. Click the green plus sign to add a new email domain.  

2. Enter your company’s Domain


3. Select SMTP from the Email Provider dropdown menu. 

NoteEmail Integration is covered in a different lesson. 


4. Select the option you need from the Preset dropdown menu. 

Note: The rest of the fields will populate with information related to the preset that you choose.

5. Select which Locations can use this domain. 

Note: If you would like to add a new location, contact sales@corebridge.net to discuss upgrade options.

6. After filling in the domain details and permissions click Save


7. The Test Email Domain section now appears where you can verify that the email domain was successfully linked.


8. Enter an Email Address associated with the email domain.  


9. Enter the Password associated with the email address.  


10. Then click Test to send the email. 

Note: The information entered in the test fields will be blank the next time you visit this screen unless you have autofill settings turned on for your web browser.
