Payment Methods must be set up in order to accept various types of payment from your customers. These settings are found under Settings/Accounting/Payment Methods or Accounting/Settings/Payment Methods depending on your user permissions.
A. Select the Payment Methods that you want customers to be able to use in your System.
Note: You can also add the accounts linked to the method of payment by clicking the More Actions ellipsis and clicking Edit. Remember to click Save when you're done.
B. You can add Custom payment methods if the one you use isn't listed.
Example: Venmo and Barter.
C. You can process credit card payments in your system by setting up Payment Integrations.
D. If you have enabled Integrated Credit Card Processing, you can click Test Account to ensure your credit card integration has been set up correctly.
