Once your Contact has been created from Sales/Customers/Contacts, you'll see this status bar at the top of the page.
A. Leads can be used as potential customers for your sales team to contact or follow up on.
B. Prospects have requested estimates but haven't ordered anything.
C. Customers have placed orders.
Note: The color of the contact's status will change from green to orange if they have become "stale" or the time frame has passed that you defined under Settings/Sales/CRM Options.
Adding a Customer Sign-In
1. Click the Add Sign-In button to give this contact access to their Customer Portal. 2. Select their Username from the dropdown menu. Note: You need to enter at least one email address for this contact in order to give them a username. 3. Click Create and Send Invite. 4. You can resend their login invite or revoke access as needed. |
