Overview
This article covers the steps to import your Customer List from ReSourcePOS into CoreBridge.
Obtaining your ReSourcePOS Customer List
- All users must save their work and close out of ReSourcePOS on all stations.
- All steps below need to be done on the back office/server computer only.
- In Windows File Explorer on the back office/server computer, browse to C:\ReSource\ReSourcePOS.
- Locate the file named "ParcomW.mdb".
Note: If there is also a file named "ParcomW.ldb" ReSourcePOS is still open on one of the stations. Double check that ReSourcePOS is closed on all stations. If you continue to see a file named "ParcomW.ldb" restart the back office/server computer before proceeding. - Right-click "ParcomW.mdb" and select Copy.
- Right click on your computer desktop and select Paste.
- Right click on the file you just pasted, ParcomW.mdb, and select Rename.
- Rename the "ParcomW.mdb" file to include your CoreBridge store designation, and your first and last name (ex. ParcomW BF000 John Doe.mdb). Doing so will help CoreBridge identify your location.
- Right click on the file you just renamed, "ParcomW BF000 John Doe.mdb", and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder.
- You will now have the required .zip file that you will be instructed to upload below. (ex. ParcomW BF000 John Doe.zip)
Preparing the Customer List for Import into CoreBridge
After you have successfully obtained the .zip file from ReSourcePOS you should upload it to https://corebridge.sharefile.com. The CoreBridge team will extract the customer & contact data to prepare it for import into CoreBridge.
