Orders and estimates are made up of Components called Materials, Labors, Machines, and Assemblies which are set up in Settings/Components and will be explained in future trainings.
A. Once the initial components have been set up, including pricing, they can be added as Line Items to estimates and orders in the Sales module.
B. Components and Quick Products are selected from the popup module and added to the order/estimate.
Notes: Quick Products are specific variations of assemblies or frequently used combinations of components that are set up in advance under Sales/Products.
C. Line items show up on the order/estimate here which can then be saved as a draft to finish later or saved and put into the workflow to begin production.
