Once you've saved a role, you can review or edit it from Settings/MyBusiness/Employee Roles.
A. Start by selecting a role to review from the list.
B. Once you've opened a role, you can quickly access other roles from the Mini Search Menu without having to return to the main page.
C. Review or edit any Role Details as needed.
D. Here you can quickly access other employees who have also been assigned to this role.
E. If you need to create a new role that has similar permissions as the current role, you can select Clone from the More Actions ellipsis. Roles can also be Set Inactive which means they won’t appear in the system unless they were previously selected.
Note: You can also delete roles if there are no users, teams, or Application of Employee Roles assigned to them.
F. Make any changes to Role Permissions here.
Note: Changing the role permission will change the permissions for any employee with that role.
G. Any changes made to a role will be saved automatically.
Tip: If you're using Teams, you can set up Role Applications to match the Teams you've created.
