Favorite Time Zones allow you to choose which time zones will show up at the top of dropdown menus throughout your system. These can be found under Settings/System/Time Zones.
Note: Time Zone dropdown menus are found on pages such as employee, contact, user profile, and more.
A. You can click on a region to see which time zones are available to add to your Favorite Time Zones at the top of your dropdown menu.
Note: We recommend only checking time zones where you have actual locations or employees.
B. You can select all options or just a few that you want to appear first in your Time Zone menus.
Note: Users can still select additional time zones by clicking Show More at the bottom of the default dropdown list.
