Additional Company Features

To get the most out of your company pages, review these additional features found under Sales/Customer/Companies/(select a company).


A. In the top right corner, the Email Icon gives you access to any company email templates that are set up in your system, as well as a blank template.
B. You can go to Settings/Reports & Documents to edit or set up documents such as invoices, work orders, contracts, etc., by clicking the Manage Documents link here.
C. Add a New Company, Clone this company, view the current company’s Payment History, or Apply Payments to this company’s account all from the More Actions ellipsis.
Note: Companies can be removed from view by clicking Set Inactive. To delete a company, you must first delete any data associated with that company, such as contacts. 

D. You can manage your Contacts for this company here. 


E. You can Link Contacts to this company from the existing list of active contacts.     

Example: The district manager of a franchise.

F. Review or create new estimates/orders for this company from the Estimates and Orders tabs. 

G. The In-Store Credit tab allows you to manage this customer’s In-Store Only and Refundable credit. 

H. Review Custom Fields or keep track of important Files for this company such as design files, contracts, support agreements, important emails, site pictures, or history of statements.

I. You can create Internal Notes for your employees to reference, as well as Company Flags which appear when an employee is entering an estimate or order for this company.

Note: Flags are set up so that an employee must click Acknowledge to move forward. 

J. The History tab displays basic updates to this company.
