You can send emails in various places throughout your system. An Envelope Icon can be found on orders, estimates, companies, contacts, purchase orders, employees, and credit memos.
1. On orders for example, click the envelope icon to choose an email template.
Note: Clicking this icon will show a similar dropdown menu regardless of where you are in the system.
2. The New Email modal shows the email template with the current order’s details showing because of the merge fields that were set up on the template.
3. You can choose to edit any part of the email and click Send Email when ready.
