CoreBridge offers accounting integrations to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of your bookkeeping. We are committed to ensuring these integrations function smoothly. However, certain limitations apply to the type of support we can offer given the third-party and financial aspects of integrated accounting software.


Note: Our support team is not licensed to provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. For any concerns related to financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, transaction recording, or general financial matters, please consult a qualified accountant or financial professional.


Please be advised that these support guidelines are applicable to all CoreBridge accounts, regardless of subscription package.

Integration Setup and Configuration


Support Provided:

  • Assistance with the initial setup and syncing process between CoreBridge and supported accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Provision of detailed setup instructions and optional walkthrough support.
  • Help with syncing beginning balances (WIP, Built, and incomplete Orders).

Outside of Supported Scope:

  • We cannot assist with the installation, updates, crashes, or general troubleshooting of third-party software (e.g., QuickBooks itself).
  • Our team cannot log into your accounting software account on your behalf.
  • We cannot modify user permissions in your accounting software or provide advice on structuring your chart of accounts, recording transactions, or financial best practices.



Data Sync Issues


Support Provided:

  • Troubleshooting failed data syncs between CoreBridge and the accounting system.
  • Identifying and explaining errors found in the integration logs.

Outside of Supported Scope:

  • We do not resolve discrepancies between Profit & Loss reports and CoreBridge sales reports, often caused by manual entries or internal accounting processes.
  • We cannot reconcile financial data across different platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, MSP, or other non-CoreBridge programs).
  • We cannot adjust or advise on altering financial records.



Supported Data Transfers


Support Provided:

  • Ensuring invoices, payments, and other supported financial data sync properly.
  • Verifying proper mapping of accounts, customers, and products to maintain data consistency.

Outside of Supported Scope:

  • We do not provide guidance on transaction categorization, financial reporting, or account reconciliation.
  • We cannot assist with unsupported data fields (e.g., payroll) or custom fields outside CoreBridge's API.
  • We do not manually enter data into third-party accounting software.
  • We do not interpret financial statements beyond explaining the data generated by the CoreBridge sync.

  • Addressing and troubleshooting sync errors that originate within the CoreBridge system.
  • Resolving integration conflicts (e.g., format inconsistencies, duplicate entries, mapping errors) affecting data transfer to accounting software.

Answer: No, please contact the support team for your specific accounting software for crash-related assistance.


3. Question: How should I structure my chart of accounts?

Answer: Structuring your chart of accounts should be done with the help of your accountant or financial advisor.


4. Question: How do I fix discrepancies between my Profit & Loss report and CoreBridge sales reports?
