In Evo, the Order workflow stages Pre-WIP and Invoicing can be hidden for your business. When a stage is hidden, it no longer appears in order workflows, search filters, or status dropdowns.
This article explains how to hide (or show again) the Invoicing or Pre-WIP stage on the Workflow Statuses page.
Hide the Invoicing or Pre-WIP stage
1. Navigate to System Settings / Workflow / Workflow Statuses.
2. Select the Order tab.
3. Select the Invoicing or Pre-WIP stage chip across the top of the page.
4. Turn on the stage visibility toggle next to the text that describes the stage as hidden (for example, Invoicing is hidden). The toggle must be on for the stage to be hidden. Confirm when prompted.
5. Confirm the stage shows as hidden on the Workflow Statuses page after the change.
Note: Hiding Pre-WIP or Invoicing removes that stage from working views across the system, including search filters and dropdowns. Turn the toggle off again to restore the stage.
