Use Reassign House Account Customers when you need to move every customer currently assigned to the House salesperson at a location over to a different salesperson in one step.

Before You Begin
1. Confirm the correct Location is selected.
2. Confirm the destination salesperson exists and is available for that location.
Reassign House Account Customers
This updates customers that meet both of these conditions at the selected location:
- Current customer location matches the location you are editing
- Current customer salesperson is the House salesperson
1. Navigate to Management Module > Locations.
2. Open the location where House Account customers should be reassigned.
3. Click Reassign House Account Customers.
4. In the modal, select the New Salesperson from the dropdown.
5. Review the on-screen logic and warnings carefully.
6. Confirm to complete the reassignment.
Important Information
Note: This process cannot be undone. Confirm the New Salesperson before you complete the update.
