a. Lead Time (Days) is the number of days an Order uses when calculating a production due date. On this product it is 0.
b. Hide in Order Entry, when on, keeps the product out of the Estimate and Order list without deleting it. On this product it is off, so Painting can be added to a line.

d. Use Material Retail is on, so the material price uses the selected material's retail price.
Note: Default Line Item Category is No default category. Default Workflow is No default workflow.
- For every setting on the card, see Product Details.

Linked Components
Linked Components are the materials, labor, machines, and modifiers the product is allowed to use. The card counts linked rows and unlinked rows. A shop links its own catalog.
a. The linked row is the modifier Painting Location, shown as + Add Paint Location. That modifier is what adds a paint location on the Sales Form.
- For how to link or unlink a component, see Linked Components.
- For how a modifier differs from a product, see Products vs. Modifiers.

Enter a Finished Size
1. Set Quantity.
2. Enter the Width.
3. Enter the Height.
4. Enter the Depth.

Add a Paint Location
1. In Locations, select + Add Paint Location.

2. Select Location. The choices are Face, Custom, Face and Sides, All 6 Sides, Sides Only (Depth), Channel - Interior, and Channel - Exterior. This example uses Face.
3. Custom Location is the text for a location that is not in that list. It can stay empty when Location is Face.
4. Enter Location Area.

Choose a Location Material
1. Click a Location Material. The choices are Latex, Primer, Mathews, and Clear Coat. This example uses Mathews.
a. Color is the color for that material. This example uses Pure White.

c. The line total is Unit Price times quantity. On this example that is $1.00 for 1 unit.
Note: Calculate prices the current Sales Form with the method on the Pricing card. The amounts above are one example: 48 in by 24 in by 2 in, quantity 1, location Face, location area 8, material Mathews, and color Pure White. This product's saved Custom formula is =1, so the example prices at $1.00. A different formula, method, size, location, or material produces a different price. The note under the price says the Estimate uses the default pricing tier.
