GoLive Checklist

Reaching GoLive marks the transition from system setup to daily business operations in CoreBridge. The GoLive process is designed to ensure your system, data, and team are fully prepared before you begin live production use.

Important Notes About Training and Testing


If you have questions during training:

  • Email supportdesk@corebridge.net.
  • Join live Q&A webinars held Mondays and Thursdays at 12:00 PM CST.
  • Access webinar links from the Onboarding screen.


During onboarding and training:

  • You are working in your actual CoreBridge system.

  • All Settings entered during training are saved and carried into live use.

  • Accurate setup in Settings is strongly recommended.


You may also:

  • Create Customers, Estimates, Orders, Payments, and Reconciliations for testing.

  • Purge test transactions before GoLive while keeping all completed Settings.


Complete Training Guides

  • Training Guides can be completed at your own pace and will guide you through the entire process of understanding your CoreBridge system. 



Create Components

Components are the building blocks used to create products and services in CoreBridge.


Components may include:

  • Machines

  • Labor

  • Material

  • Assemblies


Setting up Components before GoLive:

  • Ensures accurate pricing calculations.

  • Supports job costing and reporting.

  • Enables proper production tracking.


Note: Components can continue to be added or adjusted after GoLive.

Adjust Pricing

Each Component should have accurate cost and price information before GoLive.


Accurate pricing:

  • Allows the system to calculate job costs correctly.

  • Ensures Estimates and Orders reflect true expenses.

  • Supports consistent profit margins.

  • Helps prevent undercharging or overcharging.

Test Pricing

Testing pricing before GoLive helps validate that your setup behaves as expected.


During pricing tests:

  • Enter practice Estimates and Orders.

  • Confirm costs and margins are calculating correctly.

  • Identify discrepancies early.

  • Make adjustments before processing live customer work.

Train Staff on Estimates and Orders

Estimates and Orders are central to daily operations, so staff training is critical.


Before GoLive, ensure staff:

  • Understand how to create Estimates and Orders.

  • Know how pricing flows from Components.

  • Are comfortable navigating these workflows.

Ask ChatGPT

Setting Import Options

Import Options allow you to bring multiple Customers into CoreBridge from a spreadsheet or external source.


Import Options:

  • Use default settings for consistency.

  • Apply field mapping to organize data.

  • Assign Default values when data is missing.



Schedule GoLive Date

Once all preparation steps are complete, you must submit the GoLive Form.


The GoLive Form:

  • Captures your requested GoLive date.

  • Initiates the final steps toward live use.

You can access the GoLive Form:

  • Directly from the provided link.

  • From the Onboarding page.



Import Customers and Order History

CoreBridge offers a fee-based service to import data from your previous system.


If you choose to use this service:

  • Indicate the request on your GoLive Form.

  • A support agent will provide a secure upload link.

  • Exported data must be uploaded to the CoreBridge Upload Folder.


Important timing requirements:

  • Data must be uploaded by 4:00 PM Mountain Time.

  • Upload must occur at least one week before your GoLive date.

  • Early submission is strongly recommended to allow for verification.

After GoLive

  • All new Customers are entered directly into CoreBridge.

  • All new Estimates and Orders are created in the live system.
