Fiserv Processor Fee on Invoices and Receipts

When Fiserv (CardPointe) applies a processor surcharge on a credit card payment, that fee is charged on the card at the processor. In Evo today, that processor fee is not always stored on the CoreBridge payment, so the amount on the invoice or receipt can differ from the amount on the customer’s card statement.

What you may see

a. The invoice or receipt shows the payment amount recorded in CoreBridge.

b. The card statement can be higher when Fiserv adds its processor surcharge.

c. For a record of the full amount charged to the card right now, use Fiserv or CardPointe reporting for that payment.

CoreBridge payment-method surcharge (separate)

Evo also supports a Surcharge and Rounding setting on a payment method. That CoreBridge-configured surcharge can appear on the order, invoice, and receipt after payment. It is separate from a Fiserv MID processor fee. See Surcharge and Rounding.

Product work in progress

CoreBridge is actively improving Evo so the Fiserv processor fee can be stored on the payment and included on invoices, reconciliation, and accounting sync. Support will follow up on related tickets when that work is available.
